Welcome to FolderBridge. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FolderBridge service operated by Crave Tech Inc ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using FolderBridge, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

1. Description of Service

FolderBridge is a cloud folder synchronization service that enables automatic two-way syncing of files and folders between supported cloud storage platforms (currently Dropbox and OneDrive). The service monitors your connected accounts and synchronizes changes in real-time.

2. Account Registration

To use FolderBridge, you must:

• Create an account with a valid email address
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscription and Payments

FolderBridge offers subscription plans with different features and limits. By subscribing:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes

4. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial:

• Your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled
• You will be charged for the first billing period
• Free trials are limited to one per person

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with FolderBridge for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. To request a refund, contact us at support@folderbridge.com.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Sync copyrighted content you don't have rights to
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Interfere with the service or other users' access
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the service to store or transmit malware

7. Third-Party Services

FolderBridge connects to third-party cloud storage services (Dropbox, OneDrive, etc.). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for:

• Changes to third-party APIs that affect our service
• Data loss caused by third-party service outages
• Third-party terms of service violations

8. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information. Key points:

• We access your cloud storage only to perform synchronization
• We do not read, analyze, or share the contents of your files
• File metadata is processed only as needed for sync operations

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Perform maintenance with reasonable notice when possible
• Modify or discontinue features with notice
• Suspend accounts that violate these Terms

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• FolderBridge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for data loss, corruption, or sync errors
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

You should maintain your own backups of important data.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FolderBridge and its operators from claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your access to the service will end
• Active sync pairs will stop syncing
• We may delete your account data after 30 days

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
